4. Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing

The legal basis for processing personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation is the legitimate interest in using personal data to contact customers and stakeholders interested in the company.

The purpose of processing personal data is communication with customers and other stakeholders. The information is not used for automatic decision-making or profiling.

5. Contents of the register

The following information is stored in the customer register: person's name and position, company/organization, contact information (phone number, e-mail address, address), information about ordered services and their changes, billing information, and other information related to the customer relationship and the services ordered by the customer.

Personal data is processed during the customer relationship or for the time required for the execution of the contract. Personal data can be archived for a longer period if there is a legal reason for this, such as a contract.

6. Regular sources of information

Customer information stored in the customer register is obtained directly from customers. This includes information obtained through online forms, email correspondence, telephone conversations, social media channels and customer meetings.

7. Disclosure of personal data to third parties and transfer of personal data outside the EU or EEA

Information is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Information can be published as agreed with the customer. In addition, the controller can transfer data outside the EU or EEA, for example, to cloud services that are committed to complying with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

8. Principles of registry protection

The data system and files of the registrar are protected by technical protection methods normally used in business. The registrar ensures that stored data, server access rights and other data critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job duties require it.

9. Right of inspection and right to demand correction of data

Every registered person in the register has the right to check their user data stored in the register and demand correction or completion of incorrect data.

If the data subject wants to check their personal data stored in Arado's customer register or request a correction, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the registrar may ask the applicant to prove his identity. The controller will respond to the applicant within the time stipulated in the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

10. The right to delete personal data

Registrants have the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the customer register.

If the data subject wants to delete their personal data stored in Arado's customer register, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the registrar may ask the applicant to prove his identity. The controller will respond to the applicant within the time stipulated in the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

11. Other Rights

Data subjects have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including:

The right to restrict the processing of personal data in certain circumstances. Such requests must be sent to the controller in writing; and

Withdraw consent to the extent that personal data is processed on the basis of consent. In addition, the withdrawal of consent has no effect on the legality of the processing that took place before the withdrawal was received; and

File a complaint with the supervisory authority if the person believes that personal data has not been processed in accordance with this privacy statement or the law.

12. Changes to this privacy statement

Arado reserves the right to change this data protection statement in the event of changes in legislation or when developing its business. Arado will post the revised policy on the same website on which it published this policy.
