Stefano Garusi was told in school, that: "There is no future in coding." Despite these warnings, he decided to pursue a career in software development and has spent most of his working life in Finland. Without any previous experience, nor existing networks, Stefano built his career here from scratch and has since worked for companies such as Nokia, Tieto, and If. Also, remote working for an Italian startup, while at the same time working full time in Finland, and being a father of newly born twins has kept him busy over the years!
